An exceptionally old stock of Hội An agarwood, originating from Vietnam and discovered resting for many decades in a warehouse in Taiwan.

The aroma immediately carries a sense of age. It opens with dusty antique woods, old wooden chests and the dry sweetness of a forgotten incense cabinet. Beneath this dusty exterior lies a surprisingly rich sweetness, with impressions of dark honey, dried fruits and aged resin.

As the wood warms, the profile becomes deeper and more luxurious. Sweet resin, polished antique timber and ambered woods mingle with a gentle mustiness reminiscent of old books, aged furniture and incense that has rested untouched for decades.

The dusty character never disappears completely. It floats through the sweetness, giving the wood an evocative old-world patina, while subtle florals, balsamic warmth and traces of sweet spice emerge underneath.

The finish is beautifully mellow: honeyed oud, dusty woods, aged resin and lingering sweet incense.
