Tonkin Musk

Vietnamese Tonkin musk macerated in Mysore Sandalwood (2002, Imperial Oud). The Tonkin musk was preserved in secure, undisturbed storage since the 1970s, during which time the grains matured naturally within the pod. Over decades, they dried and developed an exceptional density, approaching the hardness and resinous character of ambergris.
